Austin quintet Whalers has been around for a few years now - we even covered their 2012 EP, Bon Vivant. At that time, we referred to them as a surf-rock group, but now they ve broadened out their sound a bit into a full-on, driving rock that makes us excited for the release of Submarine Sun in April.
